Sign up
Submit your info through our sign-up form — basic player details, school, stats, and any film you'd like reviewed.

Film and stat review
Our evaluators review your available game film and statistical production ahead of time so the live look is informed, not cold.

Two live evaluation sessions
Every evaluation includes 2 live look-ins — at an AAU game, an HS game, or one of our evaluation days — covering measurables, skill level, IQ, and competitiveness.

Written scout report
You receive a full written evaluation as a PDF — strengths, areas to improve, and an overall projection, built on our ranking formula. Send it straight to college coaches. You also get a player spotlight post on our Instagram.

Added to the OC player rankings
Every player evaluated is added to the OC Prep Hoops player rankings. From there, standout evaluations are considered for the OC College Recruits list — a coach-access-only resource — along with ongoing recruitment mentorship as your process moves forward.

Evaluation days
1–2 hosted evaluation days per month. Players run through drills and live scrimmages in front of our evaluators — built specifically for getting a clean, direct look.

Live games
Evaluations also happen at live games — AAU or high school — so evaluators can see how a player performs in real competition.
Every paid evaluation includes 2 live evaluation sessions, in any combination of evaluation days, AAU games, or HS games.
